With 16 years of experience in digital media, Joshua possesses an extensive background in digital strategy and planning, investment management, programmatic trading, and performance media. His career spans diverse brands across Australia and Canada, allowing him to leverage insights gained from global and cross-category engagements, including automotive, travel, entertainment, retail, FMCG, and financial services.
After leading Dentsu’s programmatic and digital investment division (Amplifi) in Canada, Joshua returned to Australia to serve as Zenith’s Chief Data and Solutions Officer. In this role, he oversees our digital community and capabilities, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of clients and the industry landscape.
Driven by detail, Joshua is methodical in his approach and consistently seeks to get under the hood of how things really work. He is dedicated to building strong partnerships and exploring innovative opportunities that leverage media, technology and data to enhance consumer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Joshua has twice been recognised as a Mediaweek Australia ‘Next of the Best Award’ finalist—once for Ad Tech in 2023 and again for Leadership in 2024. He also served as an APAC judge for the Global WARC Awards in 2024, guest lectures on data privacy at RMIT University (four-year tenure), and acts as Executive Sponsor of MOSAIC for Publicis Groupe ANZ.
