Starting out as a humble media assistant, she has spent the major of her time working across the Banking, Auto, FMCG, Beauty, Entertainment & Retail categories.
As Jess gained experience, she developed her passion for negotiations and delivering KPIs for clients on both cost and quality measures. She thrives on a challenge, establishing what meaningful value is for client partners, and leads negotiation approaches that maximise return.
